These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://fitztools.com/ (the “Site”) and the Chrome extensions published by Fitz.apps / FitzTools (“we”, “us”, “our”), including HTML to PDF Converter: Upload & Paste Code and Lovable Downloader (full store name: Lovable Project Downloader: AI Prompt Optimizer & Auto Queue) (the “Extensions”).
By accessing the Site, installing an Extension, or using our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Extensions.

2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The Site and Extensions are not intended for children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). If you use our products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. The Site
The Site provides information about our products, links to official Chrome Web Store listings, legal pages, and contact details. The Site may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Extensions and Chrome Web Store
- Extensions are distributed primarily through the Google Chrome Web Store and are also subject to Google’s Developer Program Policies, terms, and Chrome permission model.
- Features, screenshots, and descriptions on the Site or Store may change as we update products.
- HTML to PDF Converter and Lovable Downloader are offered without a FitzTools subscription.
- Installation, updates, and uninstall are controlled by Chrome on your device.
5. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extensions for their intended purpose. You do not acquire ownership of the Extensions, Site content, brand, or related intellectual property.
You may not (except to the extent allowed by mandatory law):
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Extensions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
- remove proprietary notices;
- bypass security or usage limits;
- use our brand/name in a way that implies false endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site or Extensions for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- violate others’ rights (privacy, IP, publicity, etc.);
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, Extensions, or third-party services;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- upload or process content you do not have rights to process;
- use Extensions to spam, harass, or circumvent website/security controls unlawfully;
- misrepresent affiliation with FitzTools / Fitz.apps;
- use automated scraping of the Site in a way that overloads or harms the service.
We may suspend access or refuse support if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
7. User content
You retain rights to content you process with Extensions (webpages, documents, prompts, notes, exports). You are solely responsible for that content and for having all rights and permissions needed to process it. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate features you request (for example transmitting content to an AI provider when you trigger an AI feature).
8. Third-party services and websites
Extensions may interact with third-party websites and services (including the Google Chrome Web Store, Google Drive, Lovable, and AI APIs). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, fees, outages, content, or account actions (including Store removals or site blocking).
9. AI features
AI-powered features (for example the AI Prompt Optimizer in Lovable Downloader) may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You should not rely on AI output as sole professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI features may send necessary content to third-party processors as described in the Privacy Policy and product notices.
10. Intellectual property
The FitzTools / Fitz.apps names, logos, Site design, text, graphics, and Extension materials are owned by us or our licensors. Chrome, the Chrome Web Store, and related marks belong to Google LLC. Lovable and other third-party names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or purpose.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Site or Extensions, you also acknowledge that Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the Site or Extensions will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that results (including PDFs, exports, or AI output) will meet your requirements or be accurate/complete.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITZ.APPS / FITZTOOLS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, EXTENSIONS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, EXTENSIONS, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE EXTENSION FEATURE AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fitz.apps / FitzTools and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Extensions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Site and uninstall Extensions at any time. We may suspend or stop offering the Site or any Extension, or restrict access, if required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or Store/policy reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus, subject to those mandatory protections. Before filing a claim, please contact us to try to resolve the issue informally.
18. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Site and Extensions.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale.
- English is the controlling language of these Terms if translations conflict (UI may be localized).
